SMW-electronics will be in charge of developing products that automate and digitise processes. The new company will incorporate the core technologies of inductive energy and data transmission, sensors, software and mechatronics.
SMW-electronics offer solutions for target markets like machine tools, automation and robotics, electric drive technology, automotive, intralogistic, industrial equipment and agricultural equipment, packaging industry, energy (oil, gas, wind), aerospace and medical technology.
It will thus be able to reach important new target markets such as electronics, automation and handling, robotics/cobotics and intralogistics.
