F180 Ethernet -
contact free transmission of energy and signals
The innovative F180 Ethernet inductive coupler enables signals to be transmitted via an air gap using state-of-the-art Ethernet based fieldbuses (100 Base-T). The transmission distance can be up to 6 mm. At the same time, a very high power transmission of up to 250 watts is possible for supplying power to the sensors or actuators used.
The F180 has an outer diameter of 180 mm and a large bore of 85 mm. Like all other inductive coupler systems the F180 is absolutely wear and maintenance free, thanks to the IP 67 protection class, and are ideally suited as slip ring or connector replacements.
Product tests of the high-end coupler system have been successfully completed, i.e. the first series is currently going into production. The F180 inductive coupler will be available from stock starting June 2022.

LPS 4.0 - High-precision inductive lienar position sensors
A highlight from the sensor sector is the new linear position sensor LPS 4.0 for use in industrial applications and automation. The high-precision LPS 4.0 works inductively, i.e. the system detects the exact position of an encoder element without contact and with the highest repeatability.
The inductive linear position sensors are available in measuring lengths from 14 to 120 mm and now new 80 mm. The output of the measured value is either via the integrated IO-Link interface or as a conventional analogue signal (0-10V/4-20mA). The LPS 4.0 is parametrizable and has two adjustable switching signals. Furthermore, the inductive linear position sensor is wear- and maintenance-free, protected according to IP 67/69K and also offers excellent EMC properties. Please click for more information!
Inductive coupler M12 / Inductive coupler system M12-2
The small, powerful M12-2 inductive coupler system enables contact free transmission of energy and signals between rotating/moving and stationary components. The energy transmission ensures the safe energy supply of the sensor technology used, such as proximity switches. The signal transmission includes 2 independent digital signals (PNP).
The M12-2 inductive coupler system is quickly installed thanks to its plug+play functionality! Inductive couplers are often used in machine tools or general mechanical engineering, process monitoring, rotary tables, automation and tool change.
